DomiJo claims Patti Labelle, Chaka Khan, Barbra Streisand, Beyonce, and Whitney Houston as some of her vocal inspirations. With her parents, grandparents, brother and aunts as her personal inspirations.

DomiJo separates herself from other singers, with her versatile vocal repertoire of Classic Soul, Pop, Jazz, Dance, Hip Hop and R&B. Her other talents include writing, dancing, modeling and acting.
