With lackluster sales, family tragedy and his own recent stint of shady drama, Usher has decided to push on with the release of a new single from his album,‘Looking 4 Myself,’ titled ‘Numb.’ The latest single is set to officially hit Mainstream/Top 40 radio stations on August 21st.
